Next to the daily activities for the coordination of the room rental, I dedicated myself to improving internal processes with the help of digital solutions. I’ve created value by implementing tools as simple as a booking form, up to something as big as a Microsoft 365 workspace.
Product Owner ~ Oneplanetcrowd, Amsterdam
April 2018 – April 2023
Translating business strategy and operational needs into digital solutions to improve the sustainable crowdfunding platform while maintaining the right priorities and keeping the developer team on track. I held responsibility for the platform IT roadmap as well as the projects that flow out of that. Also responsible for data analysis, creating queries and reports to support decision making.
Business consultant ~ e-office, Houten
May 2014 – August 2017
Advising clients and configuring solutions to enhance internal collaboration with efficient use of Office 365 and SharePoint. As a sole consultant I guided workshops for gathering business information and translating this into a digital workspace where the end-user’s role is central. I gained experience with technical configuration using HTML, CSS and PHP, as well as training end-users to adopt their new way of working.
